About the Role Manage a diverse caseload of clients with physical and/or psychological injury or illness Act as the key liaison, guiding clients through tailored recovery and return-to-work plans Conduct a wide range of assessments, including Initial Needs, Ergonomic, Functional Capacity, and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Participate in Medical Case Conferences with treating specialists and allied health professionals Build and maintain strong working relationships with GPs, employers, insurers, and rehab partners What’s on Offer?
